The rim and spokes lightweight, oversize hub and wheel design makes this the perfect choice for everyday use.
Rays stainless steel variable section are assembled to the mounting configuration 2:1 Two-to-One ™ specific FULCRUM on two wheels with 16 spokes on the side tape on the back (and side disc) to front and eight elements on the opposite side.
The aluminum hubs are equipped with an axis of 20 mm both front and rear for maximum rigidity and performance.

- Ultra-Fit ™ Tubeless:
ULTRA-FIT ™ tubeless is the interface between the rim and tubeless tire. During assembly, the shape of the FULCRUM wheels made with the Ultra-Fit ™ Tubeless enables tubeless tire beads to fit perfectly to the sides of the rim. The result is an exceptionally efficient driving (comfort and performance).
The lack of movement between the rim and tubeless tire avoids energy losses, the enemy of performance. During testing, the wheels FULCRUM ULTRA-FIT ™ tubeless wheels have largely surpassed tubetype (tire inner tube).
Note that the mounting of the tire is now much easier thanks to these two special grooves on the throat of the rim that keep the tire in perfect position.
- FULCRUM Concept 2:1 (Two To One = 2 for 1):
When pedaling, the rotation of the tape can cause a loosening of spokes on the freewheel, and reduce the tension of the wheel. The result is an excessive flexion of the ensemble which inevitably results in a loss of energy. With its patent 2:1 Two to One Spoke Ratio, FULCRUM has found the solution to this technical problem by doubling the number of rays in critical areas. Thus, two beams perform the function of a single, sagging and twisting are very limited, and transmission of energy from the cyclist is much more efficient. Constraints on the shelves are better balanced and fatigue resistance of the rim, hub and spokes is increased, thus prolonging their life.
- TECHNOLOGY MOMAG:
There is no drilling on the upper wall of the rims but the shelf is, however, tended by traditional nuts. This system facilitates particular operations and replacement dévoilagerays and avoids most of fastening solutions inadequate. This is possible thanks to the patent of MoMag FULCRULM which provides the correct positioning of the nuts on the inside of the rim through the power of a magnet and an ingenious guidance system. The upper wall without drilling provides an optimum torsional rigidity.
- OVERSIZE AXLE:
The hubs designed for Fulcrum to adopt the central body and the axis of rotation an oversize design. The shaft diameter of 20 mm (central) on all models with disc brakes, ensures a high resistance to transverse and torsional. This result is also achieved through the mechanical solution adopted for the hub, which in the Center Lock version, is equipped with two rows of ball bearings, positioned outside the flange and is aligned with the disk of the corresponding side .
